***Past week's pondering***

Good morning, my beautiful sisters. It was a pretty mundane week. I worked and had some doctor stuff. I did have a good evening playing Uno with family.

I was sick a good portion of the week - I am STILL sick today (Sunday). A friend of mine said their mom had it for 10 days. It's some type of stomach bug and it is definitely hanging on!

*** The weather in my neck of the woods***

The weather this week looks a little better. We were cold quite a bit of last week and had a lot of rain. It's time for the MAY FLOWERS! (Speaking of - I got some pansies and 2 hanging baskets of impatiens) The balcony oasis has started!

Monday: 74, partly sunny

Tuesday: 61, rain

Wed: 60, cloudy

Thursday: 53, rain

Friday: 58, partly sunny

Saturday: 65 partly sunny

Sunday: 62, partly sunny

Black Capri pants and an oversized t-shirt (sick attire!)

*** On The Reading Pile***
War and Peace - moving right along

Compelled by Love by Heidi Baker. (almost finished) This book is blowing my mind. The huge outreach she's been doing in Mozambique! It's a hard read. Some hard truths. But so worth it. It gets into your soul.

Starting a few books on Mother Teresa. The book above has some of her quotes and it intrigued me to find out more about this woman.
