    1. "Caroline" has been very interesting so far. I'm loving parts of it and yet other parts are really laden down with the facts of their travel. I'll review it when I'm finished in a couple of days.

And I must read that book...being a Mom myself, I would have to read what Ma saw/heard/thought.

  4. Love the look of your blog Sherry, and so glad to see you blogging and doing Sandra's homemaker meme, I always loved this one! So glad to hear that your bestie is coming, I know you guys will have so much fun together! I've thought of you often in this atrocious cold weather, glad to hear you are safe and warm, and even better, that your car is working in this brutal cold. I hope you guys get a break and warm up soon! Your menu looks fabulous, especially the flatbread pizza and the enchilada soup, yummy! Thanks so much for sharing and have a very blessed day ---Stacy

    1. Hey Stacy! The enchilada soup was really good! It made a lot so I have some in the freezer for another cold day! And the bbq chicken pizza - I was really impressed with out good it was for being so simple! I had it the next day for lunch too :) My bestie's flight was canceled due to our weather! We dropped over 40 degrees in one day and there was freezing rain turning into snow this morning. Gah! Have a great week!

    1. I'm not sure why I prefer the cold. I guess "prefer" is not the right word, lol. But in my old age of 47 I've come to love every season here in Michigan! Have a great week!
