There are ways I feel no different than I ever have. But after losing 150 pounds (yes!) my neck is saggy, my skin is getting wrinkles, and my white hair is relentless. But I'm ok with all of it. I've earned every year. Last week I did PT six times, did strengthening exercises once, and took 4 walks. My eating was NOT GOOD.
