I am still fighting the anxiety and depression - but I think maybe I'm beginning to see the light again. I hope you are all doing well!

It is going to be in the upper 40s and partly cloudy almost all week.

 I'm currently reading: 
I hardly read anything. I have been looking through a bunch of Advent books from Kindle Unlimited - trying to decide what I want to do this Advent. I'm putting together a scripture writing plan for Advent. I'll share that here next week if anyone would like to follow along. 

Bible: 
Last week reading the crucifixion in all 4 gospels was so heartbreaking. This week we are reading the Book of Acts.

Friday  Roast chicken, stuffing, green beans, salad

Saturday  Pizza and salad

Sunday  6-bean soup, corn bread

I have a doctor's appointment and an ultrasound to find out what a bulge in my abdomen is. I'm leaning towards ventral hernia - but there is always the possibility of something worse. Happy Homemaker Monday for April 26th, 2021

I am linking up with Sandra from Diary of a Stay at Home Mom for Happy Homemaker Monday On My Breakfast Plate: It was actually a bowl of chicken noodle soup!  The weather in my neck of the woods .....  Today is in the mid 50s - tomorrow the mid 80s!  I am hopeful there will be some sunshine so I can enjoy my new bench on my balcony and get some Vitamin D. Right now I am.... THE COVID CHRONICLES Right now I am recovering from COVID-19.  Back on Easter Sunday my girls and I went to my dad's to cook dinner.  Once we were already there, my dad mentioned he wasn't feeling quite right.  Soon after he and my sister found out they were positive.  A couple of days after that my daughters both tested positive.  Then me.  Then my other sister.   Dad was hospitalized for a few days at the beginning.  His oxygen dipped down into the 80s.  I am so thankful to God that he was released shortly after.  NO pneumonia!  No blood clo...

Did you find it? A receipt my mom needs to return something she received for Mother's Day.  Have not found it yet!  3) Lead singer Gary LeVox sings that he's not afraid to cry. When is the last time you shed a tear? Earlier this week when I found out that an  acquaintance  of mine had passed of cancer.  It was very unexpected and she was just a wonderful woman!  4) Tell us about something you thought you wanted, but later weren't sure? Seat covers for my car - I've wanted them for the past couple of months, but once I put them on, I hated them and took them right off!  5) What else is Ohio known for?
