This week it will be between the upper 40s and upper 60s with lots of spring rain.

                                          Painting my nails. Reading. Weekly planning. 

 

*** Book I'm reading *** 

 Finally finished A Voice in the Wind by Francine River. Parts of it were very good, but parts of it were very slow. 3.8/5.  

Still reading my daily devotion, AM/PM Spurgeon, and Alison May Housekeeping Puttery books. 

Will start on something new this week, but I am not sure what at the moment.

2 eggs, 2 turkey sausages, and 4 oz of potato with peppers, onions, and  spinach

                                                 A stew I made over the weekend.

                            Red lentil pasta with chicken, veggies, and a light pesto sauce.

SaturdayL Crispy tofu nuggets with oven roasted potato wedges, green beans

Sunday L Ham, deviled eggs, roasted potatoes, carrots, and Brussels sprouts, pasta salad, green beans, dinner rolls 

We'll be celebrating both Easter and my birthday.  My daughter is making me a sugar-free cake.
