Chicken Parm - Real Good lightly breaded chicken with Trader Joe's light mozzarella, chunky veg sauce with extra mushrooms and whole wheat thin spaghetti

Monday: Chicken parm with ww spaghetti, green beans
Tuesday At Dad's house - I am thinking maybe a salad from Subway
Wednesday Ethiopian cabbage and potatoes with chicken sausage
Thursday Tofu Tikka masala with farro, broccoli
Friday Thai Peanut Tofu Quinoa bowl
Saturday Unsure, but out somewhere (salad with protein? I'll bring my own dressing)

Your menu always sounds so good - I wish I liked tofu more as it would be such a wonderful protein substitute. The thai peanut dish sounds amazing!!
