So I did all of my shopping yesterday and I have a fridge, pantry and cupboard full of healthy choices for the upcoming week!  Here's the eating plan: Either boiled eggs and Greek Yogurt or "hash" - eggs, turkey ham and Simply potatoes with added spinach, peppers, onion, mushrooms with a serving of fruit. Lunches: Cannellini bean soup made with turkey ham, carrots celery and onion with a side of extra veggies and/or fruit.  Leftovers. Sunday:   Grilled chicken w/ avocado, Southwest Bulgur and watermelon. (Southwest Bulgur is similar to THIS  ) Monday:   Tilapia, brown rice and green beans Tuesday:  (Late work night)  Kids will have frozen pizza and green salad - I will throw together something healthy for myself when I get home Wednesday: Kids and I have dinner at my Mom's house with my sisters, nephew and Dad Thursday:  Goulash using whole wheat penne lots of veggies and lean ground beef, side of green veggies ...

It's time for Happy Homemaker Monday!    Also sharing on Menu Plan Monday @ OrgJunkie.com  The weather outside is:::: Today is PERFECT!  Yesterday we had flooding rains, wind and upper 50s-lower60s!!!  Today is all sunshine and gorgeous upper 70s.   On the breakfast plate this morning:::: Nothing yet.  I'm going to have breakfast "hash" - eggs, turkey sausage and simply potatoes  As I look outside my window::: The tiger lilies are in bloom.  They remind me of my grandfather.  HIS mother had tiger lilies and he transplanted them to his house and then later to my mother's house.  The ones here aren't transplants from there since this is a rental, but they still remind me of my grandparents!   Right now I am:::: Getting a lot of laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc done.  Yesterday I lazed around ALL DAY binge watching and binge reading while I listened to my shell chimes on my front porch go wild in the wi...

It's time for Happy Homemaker Monday!    The weather outside is:::: Today is in the 80s and muggy.  I <3 Michigan, but I do not love the humidity :/  On the breakfast plate this morning:::: For breakfast today dare I say I ate beefaroni for breakfast? Yikes. As I look outside my window::: Outside everything is nice and green.  I saw a pretty cardinal on my laundry line yesterday, it was so pretty :) Right now I am:::: The kids and I are at my mom's house right now!  We are going to have a bbq - steak and veggies.   As I look around the house:::: Well, we are at my mom's house - so there is vintage-inspired floral wallpaper in the living room, white and blue kitchen, lavender mini-wreaths hanging on a cherry armoire in the dining room, floral plates on the wall and my family gathered around.  On today's to do list:::: TO DO: Most of it is already done!  Shopping for Jennah's birthday!  She will be 19 tomorrow! ...
