Hello and good morning and happy February! I'm joining in with the beautiful and kind Sandra from Diary of a SAHM. You can click her name above to jump to her blog!
It is snowing beautifully out right now. I am writing this on Sunday because Mondays are crazy with work and writing group, Bible study, etc. And I love typing up this blog to plan my week ahead.
I'm so happy that I am finally fully recovered from COVID! It slowed me down enough to really think through what I want 2025 to look like. My number one priority above all else is my relationship with our Lord. Getting to know His Word better than ever. Doing deep dives, trying different types of prayer and worship.
Anyway, let's get on to the week ahead!

*** What I am writing ***
I have been setting up the book (now titled) Focus to Flourish. I have the 12 months set up with different ways to grow closer to God. Flourish is my word of the year, and God put it right in my head - just like the new title of the book - because He apparently did not like what I picked! hahahahaha
I'm still doing rewrites and edits (because I put it off for so long) on my first book, the thriller. This part of writing is NOT FUN. I love the research and the creative parts so much - but this part is for the birds!
I pretty much have the 2nd thriller written (in my head!) but need to get it down. The third one is fleshed out pretty well too and I can even see where the 4th is going!

My daily planner: The Prayerful Planner |

I decided to keep this Bible another year. I bought a new one, but my chunky, messy Bible kept calling me home. |
*** Devotional, Prayers, Bible Verses ***
From The Diary of Private Prayer:
"Dear Father, I am content to leave my life in your hands, knowing that you have counted every hair on my head. I am content to give over my will to yours, believing I can find in you a righteousness, an integrity, that I could never have obtained on my own."
