Top Ten Tuesday

This is my first time linking up with Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

This week's topic is top ten binge-worthy tv shows and amazing movies.

This should be a very easy topic for me!  I watch - uh, BINGE watch - way too much t.v.!  Here are 10 of my favorites that I have binge-watched in the past on Netflix.

10. Coming in at #10 it's the forensic blood analysis tech and serial murderer that you can't help but like, Dexter.   I watched this from start to finish.

9. A family-friendly show centered on a horse ranch in Canada, Heartland.  I'm currently in the 6th season.  Season 12 will be coming out in a few months.

8. A short-lived yet smart and hilariously funny dramedy starring Debra Messing, The Mysteries of Laura.    I never knew about this when it was on t.v. but I'm glad I found it on Netflix.  I only wish someone would have picked up the show!

7.  Everyone knows #7, Grey's Anatomy.  I've been around since the first episode and I keep coming back!

6.  I fell in love with Janette Oke books over a decade ago.  When I heard one of her books was going to be a series, I immediately started watching When Calls the Heart.  Love it! This one is still on the Hallmark Channel!

5.  I still miss Jax to this day.  This show had my asking myself on more than one occasion - WHAT am I DOING watching this show?????   Take one look at Charlie Hunnam and you'll understand.  Sons of Anarchy.

4.  It's getting tough here.  These next four I love SO SO much!  This is the first show I EVER binge-watched!  It was on Netflix for awhile - but I watched it in short increments on YouTube!  I was addicted to these Australian sisters who worked their family's ranch next door to two handsome ranch-working brothers.  These are some of my favorite characters in the whole wild world!!  What am I talking about?  McLeod's Daughters.

3.  I watched this last year and loved every single minute of it.  Again, it is character driven and I wanted to be a part of this family!  Parenthood.

2.  This t.v. show was one that I didn't think I would like at all.  I thought it would be too young, not my taste, have no depth, etc.  I was wrong!   Fashionista Blake Lively starred in this six-season show about privileged, well-dressed young people in Manhatten.  Gossip Girl!

1.  My number one is my all-time favorite show of .... ever.  The book-loving teen, the witty mother-daughter banter, the cool clothes, the gorgeous homey small town, the coffee.  Yes!  You do know what I'm talking about!  GILMORE GIRLS! I love every character and every minute.  I'm sure I'll watch it over and over again for years to come.

    1. I cannot recommed it enough! There is also a mini-series-ish on Netflix that shows what happens to them after the show ends. It was also good - but the show itself is amazing :)

    1. I cried when it ended! Ha! It's not the kind of show I generally watch - but Netflix kept recommending it to me. I started watching and got so hooked! I miss them all!
